Do I need to be a current CTO to apply?
No. Most cohorts include technical co-founders who do not yet hold the CTO title and engineering leads making the transition into a CTO role within the next twelve months.
How are applicants selected?
Every applicant has a thirty-minute call with our intake team. The conversation is structured around the actual problem you intend to solve in the cohort. We accept around sixty percent of applicants.
Can I apply if my startup has not raised yet?
Yes. We have pre-seed founders in most cohorts. The Fundraising Readiness program is the only program where we ask you to be within nine months of a raise.

FoundrySprint is not the right studio for everyone.
If you are looking for a CTO-as-a-service arrangement, an outsourced engineering team, or a generic leadership accelerator with hundreds of seats per cohort, we are honestly not a fit. Our cohorts are small, our writing standards are demanding, and we will tell you so on the intake call rather than after enrolment.
