Terms & Conditions
1. User obligations
When you enrol in a FoundrySprint program or use our website, you accept the responsibilities described in this section. You agree to provide accurate information when applying for a cohort, to attend live sessions in good faith, and to keep cohort discussions confidential. You also agree not to share program materials, recordings, or templates outside the cohort without our written approval. These obligations exist because the value of cohort-based work depends on the trust between participants and on the protection of the working artefacts each cohort produces together. Breach of these obligations is the only condition under which we will remove a participant during a cohort.
2. Acceptance of these Terms
By placing an order, paying for a program, registering for a workshop, or simply continuing to use this website, you confirm that you have read these Terms and that you accept them in full. If you do not accept any part of these Terms, please stop using the site and do not enrol in a program. We may update the Terms over time; the most recent version will always be available on this page, and a meaningful change will be flagged at the top of the page for at least thirty days.
3. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any dispute arising in connection with this website, our programs, or your account is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Seoul, with the Seoul Central District Court as the court of first instance. If you are a consumer protected by the Act on the Regulation of Terms and Conditions or the Framework Act on Consumers, those statutory protections continue to apply and are not altered by this section.
4. Intellectual property
All written material, video recordings, templates, slide decks, and software tools provided through our programs remain the intellectual property of FoundrySprint. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use these materials inside your own company for as long as you are an active participant or alumnus of the program. The licence does not include the right to redistribute the materials, repackage them as part of another program, or use them as the basis for a competing curriculum. Where a participant produces an artefact during a cohort that draws meaningfully from FoundrySprint templates, the participant retains the right to use that artefact internally without any further consent from us.
5. Liability and warranties
We provide our programs and this website with reasonable care and the standards a professional education provider would be expected to maintain. We do not, however, warrant that any specific commercial result will follow from completing a program. Engineering, hiring, fundraising, and operational outcomes depend on a wide range of factors that lie outside our control. Our liability for any loss arising in connection with a program is limited to the price you have actually paid for that program, except where Korean consumer law provides for a higher level of protection that cannot be contractually limited. Nothing in this section limits our liability for fraud or for any other matter where the law does not allow contractual limitation.
6. Termination and account closure
You may end your relationship with FoundrySprint at any time by contacting hello@toolpanelhub.one. We may end your access to a program if you breach these Terms in a material way, if you behave in a manner that disrupts the safety of a cohort, or if a payment fails and is not corrected within fourteen days of notice. Where we end access for non-payment, the unused portion of any prepaid program is refunded under our Returns and Refunds policy. Where we end access for behavioural reasons, the refund position is decided case by case, in line with the standards of the Framework Act on Consumers.

Cookie Policy
1. How to reach us about cookies
If you have a question about a specific cookie set by this site, or if you want help adjusting your preferences, please write to hello@toolpanelhub.one. The same team that runs cohort intake handles cookie-related questions. We aim to reply to a clear question within two working days, even though most cookie questions can be solved directly through your browser settings.
2. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files placed on your device by the websites you visit. They do not run programs on your device and they cannot read information from your hard drive. Their job is to remember small pieces of information across page loads — your language preference, whether you have already accepted our cookie banner, or whether you are halfway through a saved form — so that the next page you load already knows what you decided on the previous one. We use cookies sparingly and only where they make the site work cleanly.
3. Cookie categories used on this site
We use three categories of cookies. Strictly necessary cookies remember your cookie preference itself and keep the cookie banner from reappearing on every page; these cannot be disabled because they exist to honour your choice. Functional cookies remember non-essential preferences such as colour mode where supported. Analytics cookies, which we only set after you opt in, count anonymous page loads so we can see which essays alumni return to most often.
4. Third-party cookies
A small number of cookies on this site are set by third parties. The video player we embed for cohort previews sets a cookie when you press play; the embed is set up to use the privacy-enhanced mode by default, so the cookie is only set when you actively interact. The font delivery service does not set a cookie at all because we self-host the relevant fonts. We do not run advertising trackers, social media trackers, or fingerprinting scripts on this site.
5. Managing your preferences
You can change your preferences at any time. The cookie banner has Accept and Reject buttons, and your decision is remembered for twelve months; afterwards, the banner reappears so you can confirm or change your choice. You can also reset your decision by clearing this site's storage from your browser settings. Most modern browsers also let you decline cookies before they are set or block them on a per-site basis through the privacy settings in the browser itself.
6. Consent and changes to this policy
Where Korean law requires consent before a non-essential cookie is set, we collect that consent through the banner, not through pre-checked boxes or hidden defaults. If our cookie practices change, we will update the date at the top of this page and re-prompt the banner so that your previous decision is not stretched silently to cover something it did not originally cover.

Returns & Refunds
1. Refund timeframe
You can request a full refund of any program enrolment up to seven calendar days before the cohort begins, no questions asked. After the cohort begins, you can request a partial refund of seventy percent of the program fee until the end of the first week. After the end of week one, the program becomes non-refundable, except in the cases described under Exceptions below. We process approved refunds within fourteen working days, using the same payment method you used to enrol.
2. Exceptions to the standard refund timeline
There are two specific situations in which we will refund outside the standard timeline. First, if FoundrySprint cancels or materially changes a cohort, you receive a full refund regardless of how far the cohort has progressed. Second, if Korean consumer protection law gives you a refund right that is broader than ours, that statutory right applies in addition to our standard policy. Force majeure events that affect a single session do not, on their own, trigger a refund; we reschedule the affected session within the cohort window.
3. How to request a refund
To request a refund, write to hello@toolpanelhub.one with the program name, your cohort start date, and the order reference from your invoice. We do not require a reason for the refund and we do not push back when you ask for one inside the standard window. Within two working days you receive a confirmation, and within fourteen working days the refund reaches the original payment method. If the refund is delayed by your card issuer or transfer network beyond that, please reply to the same email thread so we can chase it together.
4. Contact for refund issues
If you have a question about a refund that has not landed yet, or if you disagree with a refund decision, please write to hello@toolpanelhub.one with the relevant order reference. The escalation route is direct: the program director reviews any disputed refund decision personally within five working days. We would rather refund and be wrong than withhold and be unfair, and we apply that principle consistently.
5. Refund eligibility
Refunds are available to the original purchaser of a program enrolment. Where a company purchases a seat on behalf of an employee, the company is treated as the purchaser and refund correspondence is conducted with whoever placed the order. Bundled programs and multi-program packages have their own refund schedule, which is included in the order confirmation email. Free events such as Founder Office Hours and live previews do not require a refund process because no payment is collected for them.
6. Scope of this policy
This policy covers paid programs, paid workshops, and paid private coaching arrangements offered through this website. It does not cover third-party services that may be cross-promoted in our newsletter or events calendar; refunds for those services are handled by the relevant provider. Where a program is delivered jointly with a partner organisation, the standard refund window of this policy applies unless a different window is published clearly on the joint program's detail page.
