What this program is, in plain language.
When the CEO and the CTO start sending each other recap docs after every meeting, alignment is gone. This workshop is the working block to reset that contract: shared definitions of done, an explicit cadence, and three escalation patterns rehearsed live with a facilitator.

Do both founders need to attend?
Yes. We do not enroll a single founder for this workshop. The artifacts only hold if both sides build them together.
Can remote founders attend?
Two of the last four cohorts were fully remote. The escalation rehearsal works over video with a co-facilitator.
When this is the wrong workshop
If the founder relationship has already hit legal counsel, we are not the right room. We mediate working contracts, not severance.
